藥瓶中的乾燥劑

> 問:網路上有一則消息說:根據美國國家藥典(USP)規定,藥品一旦開罐,罐內所附的棉花和乾燥劑,就必須立刻丟棄,否則它們會因吸附水氣,成為藥罐內的一項污染源!我從未聽聞這項「常識」,還以為乾燥劑可以繼續保持藥品乾燥,請問這個說法是正確的嗎?

> 答:是的,藥罐內的棉花和乾燥劑,在開罐後就必須立刻丟棄! 否則可能吸附水氣,讓水氣留在藥罐內,反而易使藥品潮濕變質,而國人對這個常識相當缺乏。
>

> 藥罐未開封前,放置棉花的用意有二,一是避免運送過程的碰撞,讓藥品粉化,二是阻止水氣進入;乾燥劑則是防止若有少量水氣進入藥罐時,可將其吸附。但藥罐一旦開封,這兩個「幫手」反而會變成吸附水氣的「兇手」,! 最好把它們丟掉,別繼續放在藥罐裡。

> 藥品怕光照、潮濕、高溫,一旦開封後,最好能夠放在乾燥箱內,是最理想的保存方式。最忌諱放在浴室、廚房等地方,這些潮濕的場所容易使藥品壞得快。有些民眾喜歡把藥品冰在冰箱內,不過,除非是強調需要冷藏的特殊藥品,一般藥品並不建議放冰箱;因一旦拿出來服用,忘了放回去,更容易潮濕。

> 還要提醒的是,藥品開封後最好盡速服用,不要長期存放。要注意的是,藥罐上標示的保存期限是「未開封」狀態下的期限,一旦開封後,保存期限就會! 縮短;因此,吃不完的藥別因為怕浪費而留下來,因為吃了變質藥品不但不會治病,還可能傷身。

杞子


新鮮杞子及乾杞子有什麼不同?杞子中的活性多聚醣是熱敏性分子,乾杞子在曝曬下,當中的活性多聚醣會被氧化及破壞,所以乾杞子中活性多聚醣營養成份較低,但其他的營養素如維他命及礦物質仍能保存。同時,由於乾杞子經過脫水的過程後,由於它的成分被濃縮,所以只須進食很少的份量,已經可以吸收足夠營養,營養價值要比新鮮杞子高很多。加上乾杞子曬乾了水份,有助減少細菌滋生,更加方便保存。

10 'riskiest' foods


Lettuce and eggs top risky food list
Nutrition advocacy group lists 10 items that have been responsible for thousands of illnesses.

Leafy greens were rated the riskiest food by the Center for Science in the Public Interest.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Leafy greens -- including lettuce and spinach -- top the list of the 10 riskiest foods, according to a study from a nutrition advocacy group released Tuesday.

The Center for Science in the Public Interest listed the following foods, in descending order, as the most risky in terms of outbreaks: leafy greens, eggs, tuna, oysters, potatoes, cheese, ice cream, tomatoes, sprouts and berries.

The scientists rated these foods, all of them regulated by the Food and Drug Administration, by the number of outbreaks associated with them since 1990, and also provided the number of recorded illnesses.

The severity of the illnesses ranged from minor stomach aches to death, the center said. With leafy greens such as lettuce, the top cause of illness were pathogens like E. coli, Norovirus and Salmonella in foods that were not properly washed.

Over the past 20 years, leafy greens caused 363 outbreaks, resulting in 13,568 reported illnesses, the center said. That's compared to berries, No. 10 on the list, which were associated with 25 outbreaks totaling 3,397 reported illnesses.

"Leafy greens are a healthy home run, but unfortunately they're associated with food-borne illness," said Sarah Klein, a staff lawyer with the center who helped prepared the study.

In all, the Top 10 resulted in more than 1,500 outbreaks, totaling nearly 50,000 reported illnesses, according to the center, which added that most food-related illnesses don't get treated or reported, so the real total is likely much larger.

"Millions of consumers are being made ill, hundreds of thousands hospitalized and thousands are dying each year from preventable foodborne illnesses," the study said. "Unfortunately, the FDA is saddled with outdated laws, and lacks the authority, tools and resources to fight unsafe food."

Food producers, including the Western Growers Association, released statements criticizing the report.

"Farmers are consumers, too," the association said, in a release from spokesman Paul Simonds. "They eat the fresh produce they grow as do the members of their families, and have invested millions of dollars enhancing food safety practices in the last few years. Scaring people away from eating some of the healthiest foods on the planet, like fresh produce, does not serve consumers."

Salmonella was also a chief culprit in egg, cheese and tomato-related illnesses, the study said, in cases when eggs are undercooked and when cheese is not processed properly.

Salmonella can be difficult to remove from raw tomatoes without cooking, according to the study.

The study also associated Salmonella and E. coli with potatoes. Klein said this generally happens when cold-prepared potato items, such as potato salad, are mixed with other contaminated ingredients.

Unrefrigerated fresh tuna deteriorates quickly, the study said, releasing harmful toxins, and canned tuna gets dragged into the picture because of mixed-in ingredients such as mayonnaise. Improperly washed oysters are at risk of Norovirus.

Rich Ruais, executive director of the Blue Water Fisherman Association and the American Blue Fin Tuna Association in Salem, N.H., disagreed with the study's "bad rap" on tuna.

"Tuna? I beg to differ," he said. "Tuna is one of the healthiest foods on the Earth. It's life sustaining; it's life prolonging."

Ruais said the tuna-based diet of Japanese citizens plays a big part in their high average longevity. He also said the FDA strictly mandates that tuna is gutted and stuffed with ice immediately after it's caught by commercial fisherman, and submerged in slush once it gets to shore, to prevent risk of pathogens.

More surprisingly, bacteria can also survive in ice cream, primarily from the Salmonella contamination of eggs, an important ingredient that is sometimes undercooked, the study said. Much of the study's blame goes to a 1994 outbreak that sickened thousands of ice cream lovers in 41 states.

The National Milk Producers Federation released a statement criticizing the report as "based on outdated information."

"Cheese and ice cream products are among the safest, most stringently regulated foods in this country," said the federation, in its release. "The cheese examples in this report mostly concern consumption of raw milk products, which neither [the] FDA nor the dairy industry recommends. The ice cream example is 15 years old and was an isolated incident."

飲料的選擇及飲水的重要

水的營養不容忽視
營養素分為六大類,包括有:碳水化合物、蛋白質、脂肪、維他命、礦物質及水分。水分是細胞構成的成分之一,對成長中的小朋友來說,是不可缺少的。除此之外,每天飲足夠的水分,能夠將多餘的廢物排出體外及防止便秘。在芸芸的飲料中,水是最能解渴又沒有熱量,最適合過重的小朋友;而且水含有微量元素,如鈣、鎂、鈉、鋅、銅等物質,有效補充身體養分。

飲水有助減少蛀牙的機會
相信大家都知道「氟」(Fluoride)可以強化牙齒的琺瑯質,有助防止蛀牙,香港的自來水已加入「氟」。根據美國的建議:一至三歲的兒童每天需要約0.7毫克的氟;四至八歲的兒童則每天需要約1毫克的氟。若每天飲用6至8杯自來水來計算,自來水已經可以提供每日氟質所需的建議量約一半。

『每天需要喝六至八杯水』是否適用於小朋友?對於小朋友來說,由於生長發育快、新陳代謝高,所以若以體重計算,其實小朋友所需要的水分都因身高體重不同而都不一樣,應按照比例飲適量的水。一至四歲的小朋友飲水量與體重的比例應是每公斤需要100毫升水分;四至七歲的小朋友飲水量與體重的比例應是每公斤需要95毫升水分;七至十一歲的小朋友飲水量與體重的比例應是每公斤需要90毫升水分。例如:一個三歲重16公斤 的小朋友應每天飲1600毫升的水分,即約6-7杯250毫升的水。
飲水也可美味

家長應培養子女多飲水,若小朋友對飲水興趣不濃,或者在早上飲水後有反胃的感覺,家長可以「整」色「整」水。

在水中加入少許小朋友所喜愛的水果,這樣可以增加鮮果的清香,熱量又低,如:雪梨、檸檬、士多啤梨等。其實要攝取足夠的水分,還可以從其他流質飲品著手。如小朋友愛湯水,可以為他們多預備湯水,其營養成分比水還要高,湯渣(如瘦肉)更含豐富的蛋白質等營養素。喜歡酸甜味道的小朋友,可以選喝鮮搾果汁,如鮮榨橙汁、奇異果汁、士多啤梨汁等,不但含豐富水分,又能提供豐富的維他命C。另外,豆漿都是小朋友至愛飲品之一,市面上還有低糖的選擇,既方便又含有豐富蛋白質,能與脫脂奶可媲美。最近流行鮮果加入乳酪製成的冰(Smoothie),含有豐富維他命及鈣質,可以強健骨骼牙齒,又可以增強抵抗力,是小朋友夏天的恩物。

六种早餐吃了不如不吃

你知道吗?虽然不吃早餐会危害身体,可如果吃了不恰当的早餐,同样会损害你的健康,带走你的快乐。我们的日常生活中就有这样几种“吃了不如不吃” 的早餐,正在大受欢迎。不信,就一起看看吧。

一:“回味”早餐

  早餐内容:加热剩饭菜,或剩菜炒剩饭。

  受欢迎原因:晚饭时剩下一些饭菜是很多家庭司空见惯的事情,那么,用剩菜炒饭,或者把剩下的饭菜热一下。这样的“回味早餐”制作方便,内容丰富,基本与正餐无异,通常还被认为营养又全面。

  凸显弊端:剩饭剩菜隔夜后,很容易产生亚硝酸(一种致癌物质),吃进去会对人体健康产生危害。

  温馨提示:做饭的时候尽量按需配比,尽量不要有剩余;不得已剩下的时候,一定要注意保存,以防变质。炒饭或加热剩饭剩菜的时候务必炒透热透。

二:速食早餐

  早餐内容:各种西式快餐。

  受欢迎原因:西式快餐如汉堡包、油炸鸡翅等,一向是时尚人群的饮食偏好。而且现在不少快餐店都在提供这样的早餐,如汉堡包加咖啡或牛奶、红茶,方便快捷而且味道也不错。

  凸显弊端:这种高热量的早餐容易导致肥胖,油炸食品长期使用也会对身体有危害。用西式快餐当早餐,午餐和晚餐就必须要食用低热量的食物。另外,这种西式早餐存在营养不均衡的问题,热量比较高,但却往往缺乏维生素、矿物质、纤维素等营养。

  温馨提示:选择西式快餐做早餐,应该再加上水果或蔬菜汤等,以维持营养均衡,保证各种营养素的摄入。另外最好不要长期食用。

  三:传统早餐

  早餐内容:油条、豆浆。

  受欢迎原因:很多人都是从小就在爷爷奶奶的带领下,习惯了早上吃油条加豆浆的,不但口味上习惯了这种吃法,而且感情上也有多年的“积蓄”。

  凸显弊端:油条是高温油炸食品,具有油脂偏高的问题。食物经过高温油炸之后,营养素会被破坏,还会产生致癌物质;而且油条的热量也比较高,油脂较难消化,再加上豆浆也属于中脂性食品,这种早餐组合的油脂量明显超标,不宜长期使用。

  温馨提示:早餐一定要有蔬菜或者水果,豆浆加油条的吃法最好少吃,一星期不宜超过一次,而且当天的午、晚两餐必须尽量清淡,不要再吃煎、炸的食物,并多食蔬菜。

  四:零食早餐

  早餐内容:各种零食,如雪饼、饼干、巧克力等。

  受欢迎原因:很多人都在家里放一些零食储备,以备不时之需。而早上起来后,时间不是很充裕,就往往顺手拿起零食做早餐了,方便快捷。

  凸显弊端:平时肚子饿了吃点饼干、巧克力等零食是可以的,但是用零食充当每天三餐中最重要的早餐,那就是非常不科学的了。零食多数属于干食,对于早晨处于半脱水状态的人体来说,是不利于消化吸收的。而且饼干等零食主要原料是谷物,虽然能在短时间内提供能量,但很快会使人体再次感到饥饿,临近中午时血糖水平会明显下降,早餐吃零食容易导致营养不足,导致体质下降,容易引起各种疾病入侵。

  温馨提示:不宜以零食代替早餐,尤其不要吃太多的干食,早餐食物中应该含有足够的水分。如果当天的早餐太干可以加上一根黄瓜。

五:“运动”早餐

  早餐内容:路边购买的早餐,边走边吃,手动,脚动,嘴动,全身运动……

  受欢迎原因:上班一族的早晨都是在匆忙中度过的,尤其是住处离单位较远的是人群,早餐往往都在路上解决。小区门口、公交车站附近卖的包子、茶蛋、肉夹馍、煎饼果子等食品,是他们的首选,买上一份,就边走边吃……

  凸显弊端:边走边吃对肠胃健康不利,不利于消化和吸收。另外,街头食品往往存在卫生隐患,有可能病从口入。

  温馨提示:如果选择街边食品做早餐,一是要注意卫生,二是最好买回家或者到单位坐下来踏踏实实的吃。尽量不要在上班路上吃早餐,以免危害健康。

六:“缺陷”早餐

  早餐内容:水果、蔬菜、牛奶等营养食物,就是缺了“营养价值不高”的主食。

  受欢迎原因:这类早餐一般很受女性欢迎,因为主食是热量的主要来源,而热量则是苗条女性与减肥人士的天敌。所以,她们往往误认为各种高营养的食物都要吃,偏偏热量要减少。

  凸显弊端:很多人都错误的认为主食仅仅提供热量,跟营养挂不上钩,其实碳水化合物也属于营养的范围,而且对人体极为重要,因为没有足够的热量供给,人体就会自动分解释放热量,长期不吃主食,会造成营养不良,并导致身体各种功能的削弱。另外,酸奶和西红柿、香蕉、雪花梨、李子、杏等口味上呈酸性的水果和粗纤维的水果,都不宜空腹食用,最好还是搭配主食一起食用。

温馨提示:应该增加面包、馒头等主食,这类谷类食物可以使人体得到足够的碳水化合物,还有利于牛奶的吸收。

The Healing Benefits of Honey

It’s been said that an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure, and this has never been truer than it is today. Multiples of free radicals contribute to things like cancer, arthritis, sleep and mood disorders, premature aging, hardening of the arteries, Alzheimer’s, and diabetes. Once the free radical is neutralized, it is no longer reactive.

SMOOTHIE MYTHBUSTERS


Each summer, smoothie bar sales skyrocket and lineups trail out the door. Unfortunately the unwavering belief is that these refreshingly cool drinks are a healthy snack. It’s time to shine a light on the truth: not all smoothies are good for you. In fact, you may be better off having a piece of cake than a retail-bought smoothie.
The most dangerous part of a smoothie is its healthy reputation. If you believe you’ve chosen the healthy snack option, you are less likely to alter your eating habits to compensate for the snack, and therefore you will end up taking in sufficiently more calories overall. But if you’ve eaten a chocolate bar, you know it’s a splurge and are more prone to watching your diet the rest of the day, keeping the overall rise in calories on the low side.

Smoothie Dangers

Smoothie Danger #1:
Packing a Sugar Wallop

While fruit has traditionally been the central ingredient from which a smoothie was made, in many commercial versions, refined sugar is taking its place. In fact, many smoothies contain more sugar than a can of cola or a cupcake. The rows of flavored syrups behind smoothie bars are often made from pure corn syrup or other highly refined sugars such as beet or cane, and your smoothie may get several pumps. The added sugar content goes for ready-made “smoothie” drinks, too. Not only is this going to spike your calories for the day (most commercial smoothies range from 200 to 600 calories), you’ll also feel a sugar high followed by an energy crash that will make you crave more sugar shortly afterwards to perk you up again.

Something else to beware of with corn syrup is a possible mild allergic reaction. Because of the high concentration of corn derivatives in many processed foods, it’s common to develop an allergy or intolerance to it without your being aware. I myself discovered my own allergy to corn, which came on as symptoms similar to hay fever each spring, and disappeared after I limited my intake.

Smoothie Danger #2: “Boosted” Smoothies Contain Extra Chemicals

The supplements used to give smoothies a “boost” are often genetically modified and contain chemical fillers and synthetic ingredients. Many times, the vitamin or mineral giving the “booster” its name is actually the last item on the ingredient list of the booster itself. Furthermore, the quality of the vitamin or mineral infused in the booster does not have to be accounted for, so the rate at which it absorbs in your body may be so low that it provides little extra by way of nutrition. The best way to ensure a “booster” is indeed a healthy option is to make the retailer accountable for its ingredients. The ultimate scenario is that the retailer is using a smoothie booster made from highly raw and organic whole foods in powder form, without any added chemicals. That way, the vitamins and minerals are all naturally occurring and easily absorbed in the body.

Smoothie Danger #3: “Sugar-Free” or “Light” = Harmful Artificial Sweeteners

Before buying the smoothie with “no added sugar” to cut your calorie count, ask if there are other sweeteners added. Chemically altered sweeteners like aspartame and sucralose may be worse than sugar. Although they save you calories, they also lack any other nutrients whatsoever and still have ongoing studies exploring negative health implications such as migraines, long-term memory loss, fybromalgia, and lymphoma.

By no means should you exclude smoothies from your diet. Smoothies can be the healthiest part of your day, if done right. In fact, as a professional athlete, I know they’re essential for quick cellular regeneration.

My first suggestion is to get your smoothie fix at home, before you head out for the day. The pros of making a smoothie for breakfast: it’s quick to make, you have complete control over the ingredients, you can run out the door with it, and it’s very easy on the digestive system. I have yet to find any cons.

When making your own smoothie at home, it’s easy to unknowingly mix up a sugar-bomb more likened to a slushy than a healthy smoothie by adding too much fruit juice. Don’t be afraid to use mostly water and ice instead of juice – you’ll likely find the fruit alone makes the smoothie sweet enough. If not, you can add low-glycemic whole food options like agave nectar to sweeten it up, or use higher-glycemic whole food options like dates and offset it with plenty of fiber.

The beauty of a smoothie is that you can add superfood boosts such as flax, hemp, and even greens like kale without greatly affecting the flavor. By using this technique, you can actually ensure your smoothie contains all the nutrients of a complete meal. Good protein sources to use in smoothies are whole foods with a high pH, such as previously mentioned hemp, which has a very high protein content and high digestibility. Other great protein sources are pea and rice protein.

Maintaining an alkaline pH in the body is very important for optimal health, so I make all my smoothies with plant-based ingredients. Here is one of my favorite homemade and nutritionally complete smoothies:

Sweet Green Melon Smoothie

Never mind the fact that this smoothie contains romaine lettuce; you’ll find it’s surprisingly delicious. The natural sweetness of the romaine leaves blends with melon to give the smoothie an especially fresh taste.

3-6 leaves of romaine lettuce
2 fresh or soaked dates
2 cups water (or 1 ½ cups water plus 1 cup ice)
1 cup honeydew melon
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 Tbsp hemp protein
½ Tbsp grated fresh ginger

Blend and enjoy!

CANCER SURVIVOR DR TOM WU'S RECIPE FOR GOOD HEALTH

(Cancer, Diabetes, & Heart Disease can be overcome through diet. Dr. Tom Wu’s breakthroughs with Cancer & Diabetes have earned him the “Remarkable Contribution Award” from the American Cancer Society and the “World Famous Doctor Award” from The United Nations. )

At the age of 30, Chinese doctor Tom Wu was diagnosed with advanced stages of lung cancer, and was told he had only a few months to live. Not only has he survived, but the doctor has maintained a healthy life. The cancer is all gone, and he said he's never caught a cold or other illness for 40 years. He has stopped going for blood tests.

"My body and feelings tell me I'm well, that I'm truly in good health," says Dr Wu.

His secret lies in the power of natural healing. Dr Wu always says that no wonder drug can cure diseases. But our own internal healing power, our immune system, can. And what can strengthen our immune system are simple foods from Mother Nature, and a healthy lifestyle. In his view, diseases such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease can be overcome by changing the diet.

Dr Wu says people get sick because they eat the wrong foods. Fried food, for example, causes blockage in the arteries, bad circulation, cholesterol, and heart disease. "Instead of taking a cholesterol lowering drug, I would urge them to stop eating greasy food. My suggestion is to eat clean food, which is high in phytochemicals," he says.

Phytochemicals are natural cleansing agents that will help rid plaque from your arteries. They come from natural foods such as vegetables, fruits with their seeds, and common garden herbs. Phytochemicals will nourish the body's cells so they can fight against any foreign substances that invade your body.

The secrets of how he won the fight against lung cancer and maintains a healthy body are revealed in his first book, Dr Wu's Principle of Natural Cures, which has recently been translated from its original Chinese version into a Thai edition, Thammachart Chuay Chewit, published by Nanmeebooks Publications. It was launched in Thailand in March this year.

Dr Wu had first studied Western medicine in France, and then furthered his education in alternative therapy, earning a doctorate degree.

The turning point arrived when he was diagnosed with lung cancer at the age of 30. Modern medicine gave him no hope; it was too late to remove the damaged parts of the lung. The cancer had already spread to other organs, and the doctor told him he had only a few months left.

In his despair, Dr Wu picked up the Bible and prayed to God. Then the Bible fell to the floor, and he read the page it opened to carefully. The chapter talked about the days God created the Earth and everything needed for human beings. Then he created Adam and Eve, and told both of them that plants, vegetables and seeded fruits growing on Earth have been provided for them to eat.

"I thought about what I had eaten in the past - meat, fish, fried and grilled food, sweet cake, but God simply wanted us to eat vegetables and sour fruits. I was confused and doubted whether I would become weak if I ate too many vegetables and less meat," says Dr Wu.

Yet he decided to follow the Bible's guidance. He ate a lot of vegetables and fruits, drank clean water, and completely adjusted his lifestyle - his sleeping, breathing and exercise habits.

Nine months later, he went for a check-up, and surprisingly no cancer cells were detected.

He advised people in his family and in the neighbourhood about his discovery, and studied natural medicine until he received a doctorate degree in naturopathy and nutrition from the US.

Dr Wu has been a frequent speaker at worldwide forums, spreading his knowledge on natural cures and the use of organic food. He advises people to use the most simple foods in the most natural way in order to fight illnesses and maintain good health.

The human body has the power to heal itself. The immune system has a self-defence mechanism to block and destroy bacteria or viruses that invade our bodies, while the self-healing mechanism will get us back on the road to recovery. When you have a cold and take medicine, the medication may kill the virus but your immune system will not fully function, and its efficiency will decrease. As a result, your body will be more vulnerable to germs.

Dr Wu's principle is to strengthen the immune system, and avoid medication as much as possible. In his book, he offers the following guidelines to good health:

1. Have at least three bowel movements a day.

Other health experts may advise one bowel movement a day, but Dr Wu says that's not enough. You need three to four bowel movements a day in order to excrete all the accumulated faeces from your intestine. Your liver will not be overburdened and it also helps reduce cholesterol in your body.

2. Drink at least three glasses of fruit or vegetable smoothies each day.

This is a way to ingest enough phytochemicals to strengthen the body's cells and immune system. Use not only the flesh, but also the skin and seeds of fruits and vegetables to make smoothies, as they are rich in phytochemicals. Most of the fruit seeds have small amounts of cyanide which kill bacteria and viruses without damaging the body.

Actually the recommended smoothie diet is six glasses a day, two in the morning, one before lunch, two more in the afternoon, and one more before dinner. However, if that's too much, you may start with three glasses a day. Use a high powered blender (at least three horsepower) as it can release phytochemicals from the fibre. It's best to choose sour fruits like green or red apples, grapes, pineapples, kiwi and lime.

3. Sunbathe 30 minutes daily.

We often hear that the Sun's UV rays will damage our skin, and many people apply sunblock before going out. But Dr Wu says the opposite. He says the UV rays will help convert cholesterol underneath the skin into vitamin A which helps moisten the skin and
prevent skin cancer, and also vitamin D that helps prevent colds, osteoporosis, and certain kinds of cancer.

"Therefore, use the Sun. Expose yourself to sunlight about one-half hour a day, at noon or another appropriate time based on your local climate. The Sun will make you healthier," says Dr Wu.

4. Exercise 30 minutes a day.

Don't exercise for more than 30 minutes. If you go beyond that, your body will be overworked. "If you do it more than half an hour, that will become labour, not exercise. Your heart and your body will be working too hard," he says.

5. Shower with hot, then cold water.

Try an alternating cold and hot water shower: Three minutes of hot water followed by 30 seconds of cold water, then repeat twice more. This process will bring a rush of blood and energy to your body. It helps increase your immune system, blood circulation, and metabolism.

6. Drink a lot of water, in the correct way.

How much water you need to drink each day depends on your specific situation. If your office is air-conditioned, drinking six glasses of water a day is enough. If your work involves lots of walking, you have to drink 8-10 glasses a day. If you work under the hot sun, then 10-12 glasses of water are required.

The way you drink is also important. The correct way is to sip it little by little, to give your body cells time to absorb the water. If you drink the whole glass down at once, your cells can't absorb it all, and the water will be excreted as urine.

7. Eat according to your blood type.

Your blood type determines what you should eat. Eating the wrong foods will make you sick.

People with blood type O have to eat a certain amount of meat. If they eat only vegetables for a long time, their body won't absorb all the substances they need to strengthen their immune system. The recommended diet for this group is 75% vegetables, 10% fruits, 10% meat, seafood and goat's milk (avoid cow's milk), and 5% grains.

People with blood type A, however should avoid milk and meat, while increasing grains and fruits. People with blood type B should also avoid meat, while those with blood type AB should avoid chicken and beef.

8. Eat according to your biological clock.

Every human being has a biological clock that tells us when to eat, sleep, and wake up. If you don't follow your biological clock, the organs will lose their balance. Toxins and wastes won't be excreted from your body, and soon you'll get sick.

According to Dr Wu, the biological clock is divided into three phases.

From 4am to noon is the time for bowel movements, so in the morning you should eat foods with lots of fibre. Fruit and vegetable smoothies are recommended.

From noon to 8pm, your body will absorb food so lunch is the most important meal. A vegetable salad with grains is recommended. Fish or boiled eggs can be added to your lunch. Avoid meat at dinner as the amino acids in the meat will disturb your sleep. Try to finish dinner by 6pm.

From 8pm to 4am, the nutrients and energy from food will be distributed throughout your body organs. The golden time for your sleep is between 10pm and 2am, as your immune and self-healing system will function at its best.

眼睛干澀避免其過早衰老

洋葱浸葡萄酒的惊人效果

洋葱是一般家庭普通的食物,用以炸、炒、煲汤都很可口,也可配以生果和蔬菜做沙律。没想到的是,洋葱原来还可以用作浸葡萄酒(红酒),更可治疗很多常见的病。
朋友回港时一酒商朋友介绍,当时半信半疑,因他是做法国红酒进口酒的生意,可能是为了推销他代理的红酒,但他却保证真的有这样的疗效,很多人都饮用,所以回到黄金海岸,便开始浸了瓶来试试,也把这个信息带给和他有齐所有的病症,听后大家不禁哈哈大笑。心想不用花多少钱,不妨一试,果然不试尤可,一试其功效十分显着大加赞扬。因不用晚间上厕所,而且发觉浸了洋葱的红酒入口更醇,更易入口,今次饮过之后觉得效果甚佳,就将其公开给大家,希望人人健康。

材料:洋葱2个,红葡萄酒500毫升,1瓶普通红葡萄酒配三个洋葱。



制法:

将洋葱洗净,去掉表面茶色外皮,切成八等份约半月形。

将洋葱装入玻璃瓶内,加入红葡萄酒,(将剥下来的外皮也一起加入效果更好)。



将玻璃瓶盖好密封,在阴凉地方放置约2至8日。(笔者觉得一星期最好)

将玻璃瓶的洋葱片,用滤网过滤后,洋葱、酒分开装入瓶中,放置在冰箱中冷藏。

饮用方法:
一. 每日约一杯(50毫升),年纪大的人每次20毫升左右;
二.. 每日饮一至两次;
三. 浸过酒的洋葱片一起食用更好;
四.. 不喝酒的人,可用两倍左右的开水稀释后饮用或每次倒入电锅内煮约4至5分钟,蒸发酒精后饮用。
五. 若然喜欢甜的,可加入一点蜂蜜。

【洋葱比骨质酥松症的药有效】
家庭主妇不爱用洋葱做菜,处理时会让人流眼泪,很多人也怕洋葱味。除非是手艺高超的洋葱料理,否则真的很难找到洋葱的热爱者。但是想要让自己骨骼结实、身体长得高、预防骨质酥松症的人,最好还是乖乖地捏着鼻子吃洋葱吧。因为权威期刊“自然”的最新研究报告指出,洋葱是最能够防止骨质流失的一种蔬菜。洋葱预防骨质流失的效果,甚至比骨质酥松症治疗药品“calcitonin”还要好。

研究人员让雄性大白鼠每天吃一公克干洋葱,连续四周后,公白鼠的骨质平均增加了13.5-18%。另一组实验则发现,让大白鼠食用含有洋葱的混合蔬菜,也能够减少骨质流失问题。第三组实验则是让摘除卵巢的雌性大白鼠每天吃1.5公克的洋葱,结果骨质流失的速率减少了25%。更值得注意的是,洋葱的保健功效在短短12小时内就看得到了。

研究人员认为,洋葱的效果可能来自于“预防骨质流失”,因此想要利用洋葱保健的人,每天可能要吃上200-300公克(10盎司)的洋葱,才能够预防骨质酥松症。

【洋葱可以对抗哮喘】
洋葱含有至少三种抗发炎的天然化学物质,可以治疗哮喘。由于洋葱可以抑制组织胺的活动,而组织胺正是一种会引起哮喘过敏症状的化学物质;据德国的研究,洋葱可以使哮喘的发作机率降低一半左右。

很久以前,洋葱就被用来治疗糖尿病,到了现代,医学也证明洋葱确实能够降血糖;而且不论生食或熟食,都同样有效果。原来洋葱里有一种抗糖尿病的化合物,类似常用的口服降血糖剂甲磺丁胺,具有刺激胰岛素合成及释放的作用。

男性三日健康排毒全攻略

排毒的目的不只是养颜,更重要的是保证身体的健康。如今的男性有多少不抽烟、不喝酒、不应酬?男性的压力在增大,他们更应该珍重自己,排出毒素,让自己轻装上阵,以健康的体魄、充沛的精力来迎接方方面面的挑战。

  维护排毒器官

  健康男人排毒不应依靠于保健品,而应着眼于改善生活方式,树立健康的营养观念,平日注重运动;合理饮食,多饮水,多吃水果蔬菜和杂粮,吸收足够的纤维素,保持大便通畅,保持心情愉快以及充足的睡眠,滥用排毒产品,很可能没病倒排出病来了。

  让身体好好排毒,就要维护好自身的排毒器官。无论是肝,还是淋巴系统和排泄系统出了问题,都会降低人体的排毒能力。

  杜绝8大不利因素

  1、晚睡晚起为最大的致命伤。

  2、早上不排便。

  3、暴饮暴食。

  4、不吃早餐。

  5、滥用药物。

  6、防腐剂、添加物、色素、人工甘味(如:沙茶酱)。

  7、不当的油脂(如:色拉油为不稳定油),烹调尽量少用油,即便是好油,倦怠时不吃油炸物,若要吃趁精神好时吃。

  8、不生食(完全熟食)亦不利肝。

  另外,青菜要生吃或煮三、五分熟,炒过的青菜要当天吃,不能隔夜吃。

  养成良好的饮食习惯

  1、每周吃两天素食,给肠胃休息的机会。因为过多的油腻或刺激性食物,会在新陈代谢中产生大量毒素,增加肠胃的巨大负担。

  2、多吃新鲜和有机食品,少吃加工食品、速食品和清凉饮料,因为其中含有较多防腐剂、色素。

  3、在日常饮食中控制盐分的摄入,过多的盐会导致闭尿、闭汗,引起体内水分堆积。假如你一向口味偏重,可以试试用芹菜等含有天然咸味的蔬菜替代食盐。

  4、适当补充一些维生素C、E等抗氧化剂,以帮助消除体内自由基。

  5、吃东西不要太快,多咀嚼,这样能分泌较多唾液中和各种毒性物质,引起良性连锁反应,排出更多毒素。

  三天排毒全攻略

  假如天天工作太忙,应酬太多,不能够从日常生活中得到很好的排毒效果,那就挤出三天时间,试试集中排毒的功效吧!

  第一天

  早餐:鲜奶麦片,或低脂鲜奶一杯,加两片苏打饼干。

  午餐:白饭半碗,火龙果银耳雪梨汤,柳橙一个。

  晚餐:白饭半碗,闷烧青菜(盖上锅盖,以小火将菜闷至熟)一小碟,鸡肉少许,水果适量。

  第二天

  早餐:蔬果汁一杯,加一份水果。

  午餐:加柠檬汁的生菜沙拉一碗,猪手煲黄豆。

  晚餐:闷烧青菜半碟,香蕉一根,西红柿青菜汤一碗。

  第三天

  早餐:白粥半碗。

  午餐:白粥一碗,闷烧青菜一小碟。

  晚餐:瘦肉粥一碗。

  另外,天天应该喝水8~10杯,以帮助清洁肠胃及排毒。

  水煮食材口味清爽,减少油份。闷烧青菜,则是有助肝肾休息,帮助排毒去水。

  想使用这个三日食谱的先生们,因为吃的少,的确会很轻易饿,也比较没体力。所以最好利用周末或休假日,待在家里实行比较“安全”。

每天喝水怎么喝才最美容

 1、饮水量要适当

  正常人每天清水的摄入量为2000ml~2500ml。太少,体内废物代谢不出去,影响身体健康;太多,则会加重肾脏负担,也非常不可取。

  2、早晨第一杯水喝什么

  许多女人把起床后饮水视为每日的功课,图它润肠通便,降低血粘度,让整个人看上去水灵灵的。但早晨这第一杯水却不能乱喝。牛奶、碳酸饮料、果汁、冷水以及盐水、菜汤、肉汤都不合适作为早上第一杯水饮用。温开水或温水冲调的蜂蜜比较合适早上起床后饮用。

  3、餐前半小时补水最养胃

  吃饭前半小时补水,既不会冲淡胃液影响消化,还会调动食欲,调节体内无机盐浓度,减轻饭后盐分摄入过多引起的体渴。

  4、绿茶保健康

  下午两三点的时候,最好冲一杯绿茶给自己,即提神醒脑,又能抵抗辐射。这里说的绿茶是茶叶冲的,不是市场上卖的茶饮料。要知道,茶饮料里茶的成分非常少,含糖量却非常高,经常饮用对体重有很大影响,听说过有人因为暴饮甜饮料而罹患糖尿病的不幸遭遇呢。

  5、识破“花样”水

  纯净水,经多重过滤去除了各种微生物、杂质和有益的矿物质,突出的是饮用的安全性,它是一种软水,许多人认为它不够营养,长期饮用不利健康,可是这种观点未被证实。

  矿泉水,是种自然资源,由地层深处开采出来,含有丰富的稀有矿物质,略呈碱性,应该更有利于健康,但是不排除有机物污染的可能。

  矿物质水,在纯净水中按照人体浓度比例添加矿物质浓缩液配制而成的人工矿泉水,标志着饮用水科技的新高度。

  6、运动后要补水

  运动后体内极容易缺水,所以一定要补水。补水要掌握以下原则:

  a.不能渴时才补。因为感到口渴时,丢失的水分已达体重的2% 。

  b.运动前、中、后都要补水。运动前2小时补250—500毫升;运动前即刻补150—250毫升;运动中每15~20分钟补120—240毫升;运动后按运动中体重的丢失量,体重每下降1千克需补1升。

  7、记住利尿食物

  只注重饮,不注重排,很容易让身体浮肿。利尿食物是指能增加身体水分排泄的食物,如西瓜、咖啡、茶等含有利尿成分,能促进肾脏尿液的形成;还有粗粮、蔬菜水果等含有膳食纤维,能在肠道结合大量水分,增加粪便的重量;辛辣刺激的成分能促进体表毛细血管的舒张,让人大汗淋漓、体表水分流失。补也好、利也好,都是达到身体水分平衡的手段。

南瓜對糖尿病的好處?

Q:據說南瓜含有豐富的鉻和鎳,對糖尿病患者是天賜良藥,且南瓜含有大量植物纖維,可產生延緩小腸吸收糖份的效果,這樣就不會在飽食後血糖急劇上升,反而可以逐步恢復正常功能。請問正確嗎?

A:南瓜是葫蘆科植物,南瓜的果實營養成份全面獨特, 果肉富含瓜氨酸、精氨酸、天門冬素、葫蘆巴鹼、腺嘌呤、胡蘿蔔素、各種維生素(尤其是A、C、E)、果膠、環丙基氨基酸(CTY)、甘露醇及微量元素,如鉀、鈣、鎂、磷、鐵、鉻、鋅等。

多年來,許多科學家致力於南瓜防治糖尿病功能的研究,指出南瓜防治糖尿病是幾種成分共同作用下呈現的,而不是單一成份作用的結果。

羅漢果美膚養顏增強免疫‧化痰止咳潤肺補腎


羅漢果素來披著“中華神果”的美名,因為其功效多元化,包括潤肺化痰、提神生津、增強免疫力、美膚養顏等。中醫師說,眾所週知,羅漢果以清肺潤肺、化痰止咳著名,但羅漢果不僅有此功用。其果皮黑褐色,圓形狀,可入腎,故有滋陰補腎之功,為經濟有效的補腎潤肺藥。

近代研究顯示,羅漢果含有不少微量元素及特殊的抗氧化物質,能化解體內新陳代謝後產生的游離基,防止游離基氧化身體組織,保持身體機能正常運作。因此,羅漢果對便秘、咳嗽、肺熱痰喘、淋巴結炎症等有一定的緩解作用。

中醫師潘淑芳說,羅漢果首載《岭南採藥錄》,質地很輕,果皮有柔柔的細毛,故可入肺經。其花瓣有平行紋,可入肝,疏肝解郁。花的質地柔軟下垂,有入肺的作用,加上果皮黑褐色,圓形狀,可入腎,亦有補腎之功。換言之,羅漢果可清肺利咽、化痰止咳及潤腸通便,主治肺熱痰火咳嗽、咽喉炎、扁桃體炎等。

止咳未必從肺著手

她解釋,從中醫學來說,“痰”有狹義和廣義之分,前者意指肺和氣管輕微發炎所致的分泌物,後者則是身體器官凡是有炎症的粘性分泌物,例如傷口生膿,“膿”也是“痰”的一種。按現代的說法,“痰”就是白血球與細菌打仗後的“屍體”。五臟六腑都會產生痰,引發咳嗽,故治療咳嗽不一定是從肺着手,要胥視哪個臟腑有痰。

“臨床上,患者若有炎症,通常是體內有一點熱才會凝結成痰。例如鼻竇炎的分泌物就會流向喉嚨而引起咳嗽。脾虛的人有一個特點,就是一早起來想吐痰,因為喉嚨有很多痰,這是吃下的食物消化不來而形成痰液,也是一種毒素。”

她表示,發炎會造成痰,兩者互相影響,而演變成惡性循環。好像痰儲在胃裡,人會想嘔吐,膀胱存有痰,就有小便赤痛的感覺。臨床上,醫師會運用可“化痰散結”的藥材調理和治療,如羅漢果配伍淡竹葉、生薏米、車前草、冬瓜糖等,便是治療小便赤痛的普通中藥。

潘淑芳說,羅漢果化痰的功效頗佳,無論藥用或食用都適宜,加上味道美味,更是適合多數人。比如治燥咳、聲音沙啞,可將半粒羅漢果弄碎,泡水飲用;或是1粒羅漢果加6至8個胖大海泡水飲用,效果良好。

感冒禁單用羅漢果

她指出,有些人肺虛勞咳血或肺燥,尤其是抽煙者,可在平時常飲用“羅漢果豬肺湯”,即把豬肺切成細塊,用鹽水洗,洗淨泡沫。豬肺加1粒羅漢果和適量清水煲成湯,加一點鹽調味即成。此湯味道咸甜,對咯血有特效。

“肺陰虧(水液不足)者多數有大便秘結或不通暢的問題,適時適量飲用羅漢果豬肺湯可改善症狀。中醫認為,肺主皮毛。有些人的皮膚干裂,沒有光澤,可用羅漢果煲雪耳和蜜棗,有滋陰補肺之效,改善皮膚的問題。”

不過,她重申,感冒不能單獨用羅漢果,因為沒有祛風的功效。若要祛風,應改用辛味藥如麻黃、桂枝、防風、牛蒡子、荊芥等。

潘淑芳說,羅漢果有一種特殊的回甘味,後勁很強,因此人們吃苦藥時加上羅漢果,可制約苦味。此外,煲肉骨茶或沖泡中國茶時,加一點羅漢果,不僅可潤胃,而且味道更佳。

助改善不能根治
糖尿病患者代糖

中醫師潘淑芳說,“羅漢果可治療糖尿病”的資訊,其實不然。羅漢果只是糖尿病患者的代糖,有助改善糖尿病,卻不能根治。

“羅漢果的甜度等於蔗糖的300倍,可成為糖尿病患者天然的糖分來源。”

她表示,選購羅漢果時,要選擇大粒、完整,黃褐色的果實,味道才甘甜,搖時不會有響聲。如果有響聲,表示不新鮮或有蟲蛀。小粒的羅漢果的味道則次之。

羅漢果食療

1. 羅漢果涼茶
材料:羅漢果1個、夏枯草150克、冰糖150克和鹿含草40克。
方法:羅漢果壓碎,所有材料入鍋,煲1小時即成。
功效:化痰散結

2. 羅漢果銀耳湯
材料:羅漢果1個、雞肉400克、銀耳50克、紅蘿蔔100克、南杏20克。
方法:銀耳用水浸泡。雞肉和紅蘿蔔洗淨,切塊。所有材料入鍋,加適量清水,慢火煲2小時即成。
功效:清肺潤肺

3. 羅漢果排骨湯
材料:羅漢果半個、排骨600克、南北杏20克、鹽少量。
方法:排骨洗淨,用熱水燙過,去血水。所有材料入鍋,加適量清水,大火煮沸後轉小火煲2小時,加鹽調味即成。
功效:清熱解暑、化痰止咳

4. 羅漢果燉牛肉
材料:牛肉600克、羅漢果半個、洋蔥1個、鹽適量。
方法:牛肉和洋蔥洗淨,切塊,羅漢果壓碎,所有材料入鍋,加適量清水,燉煮1個小時,調味即成。
功效:補氣血、潤肺清肺

5. 羅漢果菜乾湯
材料:羅漢果1個、菜乾50克、瘦肉500克。
方法:菜乾和瘦肉洗淨,分別切段和切塊。羅漢果壓碎。所有材料入鍋,加水,煲1小時半即成。
功效:養陰清肺

製作簡單吃出健康‧食用酵素加強扺抗力


從4年前的癌症走過來,吳祥花(46歲)不但過得越來越健康,而且越來越容光煥發。

“我做過6次化療,非常辛苦。但我認為,治好病不單只靠化療,我的心情和飲食方式也有很大幫助。”

吳祥花說,她在10年前就開始“健康飲食”的生活方式,其中她最熱衷的是制作和飲用酵素。

“那時候很瘋狂,每次做各式各樣的酵素十多瓶。其實我自己用不了幾多,大多數都跟人分享。”

4年前發現患上癌症,剛開始時,吳祥花覺得很不甘願,難以接受。

“我想打倒癌症,就從我熟悉的健康飲食著手,開始接觸有機食品。”

她原來就熱衷的酵素,也開始採用有機的材料來做。

“醫葯只是暫時的治療方式,長遠來說,還是要靠健康的生活方式,尤其是健康的飲食習慣。”

後來,她反而覺得患上癌症是幸運的事。

“因為我從病中學會很多,現在身體比以前更健康,朋友還說我越來越年輕。”

酵素風行逾10年

經過一場大病的吳祥花,以她身體力行的經驗,向本報讀者推荐酵素,並公開她做酵素10年的豐富經驗和珍貴的心得。

食用酵素的風潮在10年前已經開始在台灣流行,但在我國,接受的人還不算普遍。

“酵素能加強血液循環,加強人的扺抗力和免疫力。通過酵素,一些營養更容易被人體吸收。”

製作時心情要好

吳祥花的大秘訣之一是:“做酵素時心情要好。”

然後才是材料和用具的清潔衛生。

做酵素的水果要新鮮,而且要提早2天買回來洗乾淨,自然晾乾,但不要放進雪櫃。所用的砧板、刀和玻璃瓶一定要做酵素專用的,用前洗乾淨,抹到很乾,千萬不要佔到水份或油。

“如果可以的話,在切水果做酵素時不要講話。”

吳祥花發現,她試過幾個人一起做酵素,做出來的效果都不一樣。也試過在不同的地方做,磁場不同,效果也會有變。每個人不同的心情,更加影響酵素產生不同的效果。

製作過程

以上情況不但影響酵素的效果,也很大可能會使發酵中的酵素變壞。

“剛開始發酵的前四五天,最上面一層會有白色泡沫,也可能有黑點。黑點是霉菌要拿掉,否則會使酵素變壞。”

玻璃瓶內的材料不要裝滿,8分滿就夠了。開始發酵的前四五天的瓶蓋也不要蓋緊,這些做法都是為了讓發酵的氣體逸出,否則可能會“爆蓋”。可以用布蓋住瓶蓋,盡量避免受到外在的污染。

過了四五天打開蓋子來看,注意看有沒有黑點,有沒有蒼蠅蛋在瓶蓋內等,如果沒有任何問題,才把蓋子轉緊,外面用紗布包住,再放30到40天,就可食用。

酵素置於陰涼處,不可放進雪櫃,以免沾到寒氣和水份,會發霉。

初學者安全指南

酵素看起來容易做,其實變數很多,不一定成功,尤其是初學者,難免忽略小處,導致心血化霉。

吳祥花建議初學者最好先學做黃梨酵素。

“最好用水晶黃梨,要熟的,但又不要太熟。蘋果也適合初學者,紅蘋果和青蘋果都可以,但最好加一點黃梨,以免酵素的水太少。”

水果如果有黑點或壞的地方,一定要切除。

吳祥花說,黃梨和蘋果酵素除了比較好做之外,也比較香。

“酵素在發酵的時候,整間屋子都會有酵素的味道。白羅卜和木瓜的異味比較重,蜜瓜和西瓜也是,芒果、榴槤更加不建議做,味道更厲害。”

糖尿病者也可食用

酵素的用料很簡單,除了黃梨、蘋果之類的主味水果之外,只需要加上檸檬和紅砂糖就可以了。

至於糖尿病患者,吳祥花說,他們一樣可以享用酵素。

新做的酵素可以不放紅砂糖,可以改用之前做好的酵素來取代。

“那是已經發酵過的酵素,糖份已經被發酵,沒有糖份了。”

有機材料

黃梨酵素:2粒有機水晶黃梨,3粒有機檸檬,有機紅冰糖200至500克,視口味而定。

紅蘿卜酵素:5條有機紅蘿卜,3粒有機檸檬,有機紅冰糖200至500克,視口味而定。

製作方法

1.把水果(如黃梨)切小片,舖一層在瓶底。檸檬切片,舖一層在水果上面,然後倒一層紅冰糖。之後,再重複以上做法。
2.瓶內只裝八分滿,開始發酵的前面四五天,瓶蓋不要蓋緊,四五天後,打開瓶蓋檢查沒問題後,才把瓶蓋緊,置放於陰涼處30-40天,即可飲用。

玻尿酸有什麼作用? 有效嗎?

早在1980年時,玻尿酸優異的保溼功能,就廣受到國際美容界的注目,因為玻尿酸塗抹在皮膚上,可吸取500倍以上的水分,在不同膚質、氣候、環境、溼度使用下,玻尿酸都能具有高度的保水性,對於極乾性肌膚或老化到嚴重缺水的肌膚,玻尿酸都是一種理想的保濕成分。

玻尿酸的來源

玻尿酸(Hyaluronic acids)最初的發現,是由美國哥倫比亞大學眼科教授Meyer等人,首先從牛眼玻璃體中分離出來的。玻尿酸(Hyaluronic acids)又稱為透明質酸或醣醛酸,為天然的多醣類,大量存在於人類結締組織及真皮層中。是一種透明的膠狀結晶物,具有強力的吸水性,可以保持肌膚彈性,還能幫助肌膚從體內及皮膚表層注入大量水分,對組織具有保溼潤滑的作用。

一般來說,健康的肌膚表層應該要有12%-15%的水分,當含水量低於10%時,肌膚就會乾躁脫屑,造成肌膚鬆弛老化,適當的補充玻尿酸,可以幫助肌膚吸收更大量的水分、增強皮膚的保水能力。雖然玻尿酸原本就存在於人體的肌膚中,但從25歲開始,人體內的玻尿酸會逐漸流失,30歲時僅剩年輕肌膚的65%,60歲時僅剩年輕肌膚的25%,玻尿酸隨著年齡的增加而流失,長久下來,皮膚會逐漸失去彈力、光澤,老化、皺紋及鬆弛也會隨之產生。

主要存在自然界脊椎動物的結締組織如:雞冠、臍帶、眼球、軟骨等部位的玻尿酸,最初是用在臨床上,用來治療退化性關節炎及白內障手術。現今玻尿酸更廣泛應用於醫藥、生化、食品等領域。

玻尿酸如何讓妳變美?

利用打的方式來美容似乎是很新鮮。不過美人兒不知道的是,玻尿酸注射美容法在歐、日、韓已廣泛使用於美容醫學,有二十萬人以上使用過。在美容醫學上,玻尿酸皮下施打,可用來填補凹洞(真皮痘疤)、靜態皺紋、豐唇、墊高鼻子及修飾下巴,大約能維持約半年至一年的時間。

少男保持青春帅气每天应做七件事

①早晚两杯白开水

幫你找出最適合你的早餐吃法

面包牛奶族
不少人早餐常吃面包,然後喝瓶牛奶,有時候搭配咖啡。因為方便、省事,不少家庭的早餐用這個模式。

糖分太多的早餐有個壞處,它讓你的血糖很快升上來,又很快掉下去,而且會掉得偏低。早餐的組合中,碳水化合物和蛋白質都要有,而且最好吃復合性的碳水化合物,如全麥面包、燕麥片等,血糖比較穩定。

建議:兩歲以上的小朋友和成人,可以改喝低脂牛奶或脫脂牛奶,以減少一天的脂肪總攝取量。夾餡面包的熱量、油脂量都偏高,不要常吃。如果有時間,準備一些生菜、番茄、小黃瓜夾著吃,營養會更均衡。

清粥小菜族
清粥小菜族以老年人居多。這類早餐比較而言,油脂不太高,不過營養師認為,配稀飯的醬菜、豆腐乳營養值低,而且太鹹,鈉含量太高。有些老年人或食素者只吃稀飯配醬菜、豆腐乳,缺乏蛋白質,不是理想的吃法。

建議:一碗略稠的稀飯,大約只是半碗幹飯的量,所以建議一餐吃2至3碗,不然很容易不到中午就感覺餓。吃稀飯時可以搭配一個荷包蛋或是一份瘦肉,素食者則選擇吃一塊豆腐或豆幹、素雞等豆類制品,攝取蛋白質,至於豆腐乳和醬菜要盡量少吃。另外加盤炒青菜,這套早餐就很均衡,而且蔬菜中的鉀,能幫助身體把鈉排出體外。學生或上班族如果買早餐車的鹹粥,這類粥品的肉類含量不多,而且比較稀,胃排空時間短,容易覺得餓。建議可以加一個雞蛋或喝瓶牛奶,增加蛋白質攝取量。每天取水果兩份(1份大約為中餐飯碗一平碗),所以早餐可依個人習慣,吃1份水果,但不建議喝熱量太高的果汁。

西式快餐族
很多上班一族在等地鐵的時候經常會買個漢堡包套餐。

不少人喝奶茶就等於喝牛奶,這種做法是錯誤的,比較理想的選擇是搭配低脂牛奶。至於早上喝咖啡好不好?多數營養師認為不一定非要將它從早餐中去掉,不過要避免空腹喝黑咖啡,這樣容易傷胃。

建議:要求店家不塗沙拉醬或塗薄一點,以減少油脂攝取。每天須吃3碟蔬菜(約250克),因這類早餐蔬菜量少,所以要在中、晚餐多補充。吃西式早餐,建議不要點套餐,例如吃漢堡就不要再吃薯餅。飲料選擇小杯橙汁或牛奶,而不要喝糖分多的冰紅茶、可樂。另外,這類早餐油脂多、熱量偏高(超過500卡),所以當天的午、晚餐不要再吃炸、煎、燜的食物,盡量選擇請炒、煮或蒸的烹調方式。

感冒各階段食療方法

感冒時最關鍵的是“按體質和時間吃”。對於食療養生相當有研究的臺灣中西醫師廖桂聲認為,感冒食療應該隨著病程而轉變,有些食物是適合平時調養的,但碰上發炎或已染上流行性感冒時,最好別吃。


感冒初期——紅糖姜湯

姜中的姜辣素、姜油酮可以發汗,趕走體內蓄積的熱氣,尤其是水分較少的老姜,促進血液循環效果更好,添加紅糖則可補充熱量。但姜湯只適用於外感風寒,得了熱傷風的人,則不適合飲用。而且,姜會促進血液循環,若有發炎、出血情形,也不要吃。

提醒:警惕感冒治療誤區

水果

有人認為,感冒期間要多吃水果。臺灣臺安醫院家醫科醫師劉建輝說,這要視個人情況而定。多吃水果可以補充維生素C,但是維生素C是否可以治療或預防感冒,目前仍有爭議。

而且果汁或水果多半冰冷,可能會造成支氣管收縮,使咳嗽加劇,除了發燒以外,並不適合感冒期間食用。尤其水分多的水果如西瓜、梨等較寒涼,如果有咳嗽、流鼻涕、拉肚子、手腳冰冷等情形,吃了更容易讓病情惡化。

發炎或染上流行性感冒——

一般出現咽喉腫痛、流鼻涕或痰液黃稠、發熱高燒等炎癥反應時,不宜吃補藥,如人參、當歸、黃芪及麻油等,以免火上加油,讓病情更重。

中醫認為,性寒的水果如西瓜、梨等具有解熱作用,可以用來“熄火”。此外,中醫古籍中記載的蔥豉湯,除可緩解頭痛鼻塞,對於發燒的人也有幫助。

做法是取青蔥蔥白部分,加上豆豉煮湯。蔥白具有發汗功效,其中的蘋果酸、磷酸等會刺激血液循環,發汗的效果比姜湯更快;發酵的豆豉則可補充體內的蛋白質。

提醒:但如果得了流行性感冒就要特別註意了,患者往往怕冷、發熱比普通感冒厲害得多,病程很長,嚴重時會導致並發癥。兒童患流感時,除服用小兒感冒沖劑,還應加服清熱解毒口服液。

預防感冒——

白蘿蔔、茶白蘿蔔具有消炎、殺菌及利尿功效,是很好的天然消炎藥。日常生活中,將生蘿蔔汁加點蜂蜜,喝下去後可以緩解喉嚨腫痛。最近,美國哈佛大學在一項研究中還發現,兩星期內每天喝5杯紅茶或綠茶的人,身體的免疫能力會大大增強,比起未飲茶者,可以多趕走10倍以上的感冒和流感病毒。

可快速治療感冒的幾款食療湯

輕度風寒感冒喝紅糖姜湯

生姜10克切片加水煮沸,加紅糖15克趁熱服。

生姜藥性辛溫,能祛風散寒。在冬天若不慎感染風寒,喝一碗紅糖姜湯微微出汗,確有祛寒邪之療效。但僅適用於輕度風寒感冒患者。

痰多易咳喝白蘿蔔湯

白蘿蔔250克切片,加水煎後趁熱溫服。

白蘿蔔對咳嗽、咳痰等呼吸道疾病有較好的輔助治療作用。白蘿蔔湯對感冒沒有直接治療作用,但能減輕感冒帶來的鼻塞、咳嗽等種種不適。

風熱感冒、流感喝金銀花粥

金銀花9克,淡豆豉9克,水煎去渣,加入粳米60克煮粥食。

金銀花性寒,能清熱解毒、疏散風熱,還對流感病毒有抑制作用;淡豆豉性涼,常與金銀花一起使用治療風熱感冒。非常適合以發熱、頭痛、咽喉腫痛為主要癥狀的風熱感冒者和流感患者。

治風寒感冒的三湯

風寒感冒初起,主要癥狀為頭沈或頭痛,怕冷,四肢酸痛發緊,身體發燒但無汗,同時伴有鼻塞,流清涕。患者自覺口不渴,咯痰稀薄色白,對鏡還可自行觀察到舌苔薄白。食療應以辛溫解表為主。

第一湯:“五神飲”(借鑒自《本草匯言》)

將荊芥、蘇葉、生姜各10克切成粗末,與茶葉6克一同開水沖泡。一段時間後,與紅糖30克攪拌,煮沸後趁熱服下,服後蓋被,如出汗不暢,一小時後可再服一次,即可使畏寒、身痛得到一定程度的緩解。表寒、身痛重者,可適當配麻黃6克、桂枝9克,以加強辛溫散寒之力。>>>感冒了吃這幾道醋溜菜

第二湯:“雙白玉粥”(借鑒自《顏氏驗方》)

粳米50克加水熬粥,沸騰後加入切片的半棵(主要用菜心和菜幫)大白菜、切段的大蔥白20克和生姜10克,共煮至白菜、大蔥變軟,粥液黏稠時,起鍋加食鹽少許後食用。此粥可促進出汗,驅散寒氣,又能調和胃氣,使發汗而不傷正氣,尤其適合老人服用.

第三湯:豆腐火腿芥菜湯

豆腐100克切塊或厚片,與50克火腿絲共用少量花生油微煸炒,加入1000克高湯、生姜10克煮沸,起鍋前撒入芥菜30克、胡椒粉、香菜末,用食鹽調味後趁熱服用。

感冒除了怕冷、身痛外,還往往伴有食欲不振,胃寒口淡,在前兩湯基礎上,此湯用芥菜、香菜、生姜和胡椒散寒,加以豆腐、火腿補中和胃,增進食欲,進一步加快人體調動自我恢復功能。

治風熱感冒的三湯

風熱感冒表現為發熱加重、頭痛、咽喉紅腫幹澀疼痛、鼻塞涕黃,咳嗽痰黏或黃,且口渴喜飲,怕風。對鏡可觀察到舌尖邊紅、苔薄白微黃。還有可能加重頭面部痤瘡、便秘等。治法應以辛涼解表為主。

第一湯:薄荷粥(選自《送余錄》)

薄荷15克煎取藥汁候涼,取粳米60克加水煮粥,待粥將成時,加入薄荷汁及適量冰糖。稍溫即服,得汗最佳。薄荷為疏散風熱之要藥,加粳米、冰糖制粥,能促使出汗,又有護胃作用。此湯飲對新感風熱者最適宜。

第二湯:桑菊薄荷飲

桑葉6克,菊花6克,薄荷3克,苦竹葉15克,蜂蜜少許,加適量水,煮沸,代茶頻服。桑葉清肺熱;菊花疏散風熱,明目平肝;薄荷為疏散風熱之要藥,能迅速解除發熱頭痛等癥狀。有高血壓或頭痛、目糊之患者也較為適宜。

第三湯:貝母沙參蒸雪梨

將雪梨1個去皮去核,把貝母6克、沙參10克、薄荷2克及冰糖適量填入,合起放在碗內加水蒸熟,早晚分食,連吃數日。此湯潤燥止咳,化痰宣肺,尤其適用於老年人、兒童感冒後熱病傷陰引起咽幹咳嗽、肺熱痰黃,或津傷口渴、大便燥結等癥。

不仅大力水手 男人就应该吃菠菜


大力水手每次拯救奥利弗时都要吃几罐菠菜,就会变的力大无比,能力超强。你以为这只是动画片里骗小孩儿的玩意儿?其实你错了,现在我们就告诉你,不光大力水手,男人都应该吃菠菜!
美国男性生活类杂志《Best Life》日前刊登了一篇题为“男人每天必吃的八种食物”的文章,在多种能促进男性健康、提高健身效果甚至是有助于提高男性性能力的食物中,菠菜名列榜首,号称“男人的最佳食物”。
美国专家的理由是,菠菜能促进肌肉生长,提高性能力。文章指出,菠菜中含有的3脂肪酸和叶酸,能为肌肉的合成提供一定能量,叶酸还能够加快通往生殖器官的血液循环,提高性能力。我国营养专家对菠菜的营养价值也表示了认可。
说到叶酸,很多人第一反应是孕妇的“专利”,但上海第六人民医院营养科主任医师徐辉告诉记者,其实叶酸对于男人来说,也是增强健身效果的一个需要补充的元素。菠菜含有丰富的叶酸,每100克菠菜的叶酸含量高达347微克,名列蔬菜之首。叶酸不但可以帮助显示男人力量的肱二头肌收缩有力,而且可与菠菜中同含的3脂肪酸一起提供肌肉生长所需要的能量,还可使肌肉对胰岛素更敏感,有利于增大肌肉减少脂肪。


菠菜含有的微量元素镁也会将肌肉中的碳水化合物转化为可利用的能量,从而增加肌肉的力量。

  当然,菠菜对于男性来说,更吸引人的优点是其富含的叶酸和铁能够促进红细胞的合成,提高血携氧量,从而加快血液循环。从这个角度讲,菠菜也能够提高性生活质量。而菠菜这个能加快血液循环的优点,对于降低患心脏病、中风和骨质疏松的风险来说,也是日常饮食的不错选择。
对于老年人来说,菠菜一个突出的优点是其富含的叶黄素能延缓老年黄斑的恶化。徐辉指出,多吃菠菜能预防人体视网膜老化脱落,因为菠菜含有抗氧化物质,可防治老年人眼睛的“黄斑变性”,延缓老年人黄斑的退行性变与老化而导致的眼盲症或视力下降。
除了菠菜,美国营养专家推荐的男人每日必吃的其它七种食物分别为:酸奶酪(或酸奶)、西红柿、胡萝卜、蓝莓(或草莓、紫葡萄)、黑豆(或豌豆)、核桃、燕麦。

  啤酒含有丰富的糖类、维生素、氨基酸、无机盐和多种微量元素等营养成分,称为“液体面包”,适量饮用,、增进食欲、促进消化和消除疲劳均有一定效果。但近年的医学研究发现,如果人们长期大量饮用啤酒,会对身体造成损害,专家称之为“啤酒病”。

  养生需要顺应季节
  顾老师的养生之道:
  人体应根据季节的变化,注意进行饮食调补,以增强体质,提高机体免疫力和抗病能力。比如春末夏初,体内阳气生发点,就应该选择平补和清补饮食。清补的饮食是指用食性偏凉的食物熬煮的饮食,如梨、莲藕、荠菜、百合、银耳、莲子等。阴虚内热者进补这些饮食可以消火,改善怕热的感觉,可帮助改善体质。另外,平常应多喝新鲜果蔬汁,常吃生鲜蔬菜。新鲜的水果和不经煮炒的新鲜蔬菜是人体内的“清洁剂”,能清除体内堆积的毒素和废物。鲜蔬果汁多属碱性食物,进入体内后会使血液呈碱性,中和体内酸性毒素、净化体内脏器、清洁血管,并能保持体内酸碱平衡。
顾老师的养生食谱:清肠蜜奶饮
  原料:火龙果100克,香蕉1根,酸牛奶100毫升,矿泉水200毫升,蜂蜜15毫升
  做法:
  1.将火龙果去皮,切块;香蕉去皮,切段。
  2.将上述食材放入搅拌机内,加矿泉水、酸牛奶打成果泥。加入蜂蜜调匀后即可。
  功效:清肠排毒,美体瘦身,清除体内毒素。火龙果含有丰富的维生素C,含热量低。火龙果中约有数千粒芝麻状的种子,是高纤维的最好来源,能促进肠蠕动,有清肠排毒和减肥养颜效果。香蕉和蜂蜜也有清热解毒和润肠通便功效。经常饮用能帮助身体清除有毒物质和废物,使人健康健美,充满活力。

陈蕙的养生食谱:胡萝卜薏米淮山粥
  原料:淮山100克,薏米50克,胡萝卜50克。
  做法:
  1.胡萝卜切片,淮山浸泡。
  2.薏米与大米淘洗干净。
  3.放入锅中,小火熬。
  功效:淮山又称山药。味甘性平,是药疗、食疗的常用品。5月食用淮山,可以补脾养胃、补肺生津,帮助身体消渴、去湿热。薏米,药用子粒,有清热祛温、消肿排脓及健脾作用,富含膳食纤维的薏米有预防高血脂、高血压、中风及心血管疾病的功效。每天吃50~100克薏米,就能达到防病目的。中医理论也认为,薏米有利肠胃、消水肿、健脾益胃、补肺清热等功效。

  身体对于不良生活习惯而被迫导致的“适应”,是产生疾病的根源。当生存的各种条件变化并持续的时候,健康的身体就会受到影响,导致疾病。
  真正能够照顾好健康的,只有自己本人。只有你自己的身体才知道哪个组织受损,需要修复。修复组织就意味着要在病人机体内淘汰旧的组织,产生新的组织。由于身体是由你自己创造的,所以它更知道如何使自己恢复,但它更需要你懂得如何购买材料,这材料就是食物和营养。任何一个人也不要妄想仅仅通过医生就可以让自己身体健康。如果不更改生活饮食习惯,那就是掩耳盗铃,可笑而不科学。错误的生活习惯即使再小,日积月累也会导致疾病或者使原有的病情加重。建立正确的生活习惯,改变错误的生活方式,是获取健康的不二法门。
林老师的养生食谱:林氏排毒餐

  原料:地瓜一个,芋头少量,土豆一个,南瓜一块,菠萝半个,蛋白粉半勺,橄榄油半勺,食用时最好额外补充钙、镁、维生素B、维生素C、维生素E和鱼肝油。
  做法:
  1.将地瓜、芋头、土豆、南瓜、菠萝蒸熟。
  2.将以上食材放入搅拌机,加水搅拌。
  3.成奶昔状即可。可作为一日三餐食用,连续一周。
  功效:食用方便,制作简单,营养丰富,可以减轻胃的负担。这些食物含有丰富的维生素和蛋白质,纤维含量高,热量低,营养均衡。能够帮助清除肠道垃圾。虽然淀粉含量高,却可以帮助减肥。

幽默的意思是有趣或可笑而意味深长。幽默可以消除我们生活中的紧张与焦虑、减轻压力、润滑人际关系,帮助我们摆脱窘迫和困境、增强信心,从而促进人的健康,所以说幽默是健康的“催化剂”。

  幽默是健康生活的艺术生活中幽默无处不在、无时不有,问题在于你如何捕捉和寻找。英国作家萧伯纳有个精辟的比喻:“幽默像马车上的弹簧,没有它,人生路上的每一块小石子都会让你颠簸得难受。”幽默是一种高级的谈话艺术,一个人格成熟的人常懂得在适当的场合使用恰如其分的幽默,把一些原来很困难的场面转变过来,使冲突在风趣中得到缓和。例如:有一天,古希腊哲学家苏格拉底正在和一群学生谈论学术问题,他脾气暴躁的妻子突然冲了进来,不由分说地大骂一通,接着又提起装满水的木桶猛地浇了过来,把苏格拉底全身都弄湿了。学生们以为老师一定会大怒,然而出乎意料,他只是笑了笑,风趣地说:“我知道,雷声过后,一定会下雨的。”大家听了,不禁哈哈大笑,苏格拉底的妻子也不好意思地退了出去。在日常生活中,绝大多数人都难免会与家人或同事发生不愉快,在这种时候倘若能像苏格拉底那样,就往往能化紧张为宽松,保持互助友爱、平等协调的人际关系。

幽默是健康的源泉与标志医学研究表明,人的大脑皮层有个“快乐中枢”,当其因受到适宜的刺激而呈现兴奋状态时,能使人体发生一系列的生物化学反应,调节中枢神经,改善血液循环,促进免疫功能,而幽默就是最好的刺激剂,因此科学家把幽默生动地比喻为“心理按摩”。幽默不仅能调节心理平衡,而且能延缓衰老。一个人要想生活得愉快、健康、长寿,不妨多点幽默。当然,并不是所有的人都能学会幽默的,只有那些热爱生活、胸襟博大、乐观豁达的人才会幽默,而一个忧心忡忡、愁眉苦脸和悲观失望者是不会有什么幽默感可言的。

男士必看:吃这4种水果更健康
